Qualifications of Players/Parents
HCFC seeks players and its parents who:
1. Love the game, desire to learn and aspire to play at higher level
(i.e. Division I college and above);
2. Have a positive attitude;
3. Are committed and dedicated to the team and to HCFC to
participate in every team practice, game and other HCFC
activities;
4. Understand what it takes to be in a competitive sports program,
and agree with the training principle, concept and objectives of
HCFC; and
5. Look out to the world top class soccer and seek to raise their
standard and aspirations to the highest level.
In-Tact Teams:
HCFC welcomes in-tact teams to join as the members of HCFC. However, the coaches of that team must agree that the coaches have to have the required coaching qualifications or credentials to remain in the position as the team head coach, or they will be placed as the team assistant coach. The team coaches must follow the instructions by the Director of Coaching and HCFC’s training program. Any decisions that may be made in regard to the team will be subject to suggestions and advice by the Director of Coaching.
